Sibylle Newman- Founder Committee Member, Partnerships & Outreach

Sibylle is an entrepreneur, mixed-media artist and researcher with a PhD in Social and Human Sciences, Her professional journey has been shaped by community building and social justice, with a background spanning education, international development and knowledge management. She is currently building a community-driven startup.

Sawsan Eskander - Committee Member, Treasurer

Sawsan is a researcher and consultant working at the intersection of education, technology and inclusive finance. Trained as an actuary and mathematician, she holds a doctorate in AI and Machine Learning and a master’s in Technology, Innovation and Education, with work spanning learning analytics, climate-risk insurance and international development across Asia, Africa and the Pacific.

Paul Massard - Committee Member, Community Growth

Paul is an ICF PCC-certified executive coach and APAC Head at Cadran International Executive Leadership. He brings over 20 years of senior corporate experience, including as Regional General Manager. A longtime IPN member, he is passionate about giving back to the community through the network's events and initiatives. 

Nino Machaidze-Dolidze - Committee Member, Member Relations

Nino is a Georgian lawyer, accredited mediator and certified trainer with over 15 years of experience in civil litigation and conflict resolution. She founded the Georgian Mediation Chamber BBK and is a founding member of the Mediators Association of Georgia. She holds membership of the Georgian Bar Association and the Association Européenne des Avocats in Brussels. Currently heading the Mediator Certification, Education and Membership Management Unit of the LEPL Mediators Association of Georgia.

Christine Nguyen - Committee Member, Events

Christine is a Canadian-trained naturopathic doctor (ND) who has lived, trained, volunteered and worked across 7 countries. She is passionate about peer support, women's wellbeing and community resilience, and brings this perspective to her role on the IPN committee.

Debbie Morton - Committee Member, Digital & Technology

Debbie is a former research scientist who had to pivot after relocating internationally as an accompanying spouse. With a PhD in Translational Medicine, she has founded quantitative trading ventures and built experience across public equities, digital assets, property, and angel investing.

Mike Maitland - Committee Member Marketing and AI

Mike is an entrepreneur, marketer and business builder with over 15 years' experience across education, recruitment and technology, Mike has spent much of his career building and marketing businesses internationally. He is co-founder and Director of ABC – AI Business Consultants, helping businesses harness AI and automation to work smarter and grow.
